Terry has been helping individuals and charities in the area of charitable estate planning and planned giving for over 25 years. Before that, he worked as an agent and sales manager for an insurance company. He has served as a planned giving officer for an international mission organization, as director of estate planning for a private Christian liberal arts college and as director of planned giving for a large, state university. He is the founder and director of Charitable Resource Associates, LLC, and a consulting practice that provides charitable estate planning and planned giving services and tools for individuals, charities and professional advisors. He is a past President of the Georgia Planned Giving Council.
Terry has conducted over 250 charitable estate planning seminars and has helped over 2500 families complete their estate plans, using the "advisor teamî approach. He has the experience and qualifications necessary for working with attorneys, CPAs and other professional advisors. He is a Certified Senior Advisor (CSAÆ) and a Certified Legal Technician.
Terry and his wife, Jan, live in Marietta, Georgia. They have a married daughter, who lives in Marietta, Georgia and a son that lives in Orange County, California. |
