Yet a good attorney is needed to draft wills and other estate documents so that donors can protect their family and leave a bequest in their will or estate plan to their church and/or favorite charity. Many people feel that getting a will made is too expensive. We have solved that part of the problem for you by making the services of a nationwide legal services plan available to you and your donors. One of the benefits available for members of the plan is to have their will prepared free of charge. Of course, individuals are welcome to use the services of their own estate planning attorney, if they have one or any other attorney that they choose. However, we have found that over 80% of our donors do not have an estate planning attorney. .
Ours is A UNIQUE APPROACH which can make a big difference. Sometimes we see a focus almost entirely on “what to do” in major planned giving.
